Comprehensive Coverage

Our guarantee covers virtually every part of the dispenser. Whether you need extra keys, valves, cup dispensers, drip trays, or levers, we've got you covered. Simply reach out to us, and we'll promptly ship the replacement parts to you at no cost. Please note that the body of the dispenser, including the door, mounting bracket, and dispenser housing, is not replaceable. In the rare event that the body needs replacement, we offer the option to replace the entire unit at a nominal cost.

Shipping Details

For commercial addresses within the contiguous United States, we cover all shipping costs on replacement parts for the first year from the dispenser order date. After one year, replacement parts remain free, but shipping charges apply if ordered separately from mouthwash supplies. The shipping cost for replacement parts without a mouthwash subscription will depend on your business's shipping location.

For residential addresses, replacement parts are free when ordered with a mouthwash subscription, and there is no shipping charge. If replacement parts are needed without ordering supplies, there will be a shipping fee based on your residential address.

For international orders, replacement parts are also free, but we will provide a shipping quote based on your location.

New Dispenser Option

We understand that time is of the essence, and waiting for replacement parts may not always be feasible. If you prefer to have a brand new dispenser sent to your location, we can accommodate that request at cost.

Documentation and Support

When ordering replacement parts, we may ask for the order number and other details about your dispenser order. We'll also request a textable contact number for the person responsible for installing the parts to ensure smooth follow-up and ensure your dispensers are up and running again.

Exceptions and Considerations

While our guarantee is extensive, there are a few exceptions. Units that were improperly installed, intentionally damaged, or vandalized are not covered. Additionally, we reserve the right to review replacement options on a case-by-case basis, tailoring the policy to suit your location's specific needs. Our offer is also void in cases of conflict or violation of any applicable laws or trade agreements.
